Truth, what is it?
It just is, what it!
It is being, seeing, feeling, hearing, tasting, smelling, perceiving what is – without or before interpreting, adding or rejecting anything that appears inside or outside. In order to consciously perceive truth, what is, we need to be fully present and open without judgment. We need to be true.
So in a way, truth is surrender with aware presence! Perceiving what is, without accepting or rejecting anything. Being who we are without adding or hiding anything.
We are so accustomed to label, interpret and judge immediately after perceiving something, that we do not even notice it and then believe, our judgment or interpretation is the truth.
The truth is always pure and immediate experience, before we put a label on it.
In the moment we label something/give it a name or title, we do not anymore see purely what it is.
I give you an example: We see someone we have not seen for a while. We see and feel that being in the now. Our mind says, ah that is John. Immediately we remember John from the past and think we know that man. In that moment we seise to perceive who John really is now. We relate to John from the past, instead of the fresh new being in front of us.
Truth requires that we are fully present and honest with ourselves and others.
Truth is very powerful. One cannot negotiate with it. What is, is!
Love, what is it?
Love is that mystery that connects everything.
We feel it when we are open to it, like a deep ocean, like a still lake, like a passionate roaring river and sometimes a deep waterfall… It can feel vulnerable like an open flower and it can feel powerful and strong like a radiant sun.
It wants to flow and touch everyone and everything. It is life giving, soothing, melting, exposing, encouraging, healing and nourishing.
Truth and love are inseparable.
Truth is surrendering to what life is.
Love is being life, allowing full connection with everything. Giving yourself, flowing with all that you are for the joy and experience of everything.
Truth and love are radical and require presence, openness and stillness in the movement.
When we are in truth and love, we are who we truly are, without concepts and judgments that could stop what is unfolding. We are not a fixed thing. We are love and truth in an ever changing expression, fully alive.
Allowing to sink into that, without running away, holding back or pretending anything.
Truth and love are simple.
We do not need to make them, they are already underneath of all we have added, beneath all the interpretations, wishes, pretences and judgments.
Truth and love let us meet ourselves and others unmediated.
They are the most incredible power and blessing in the universe.
Underneath all versions of what we believe to be or having to accomplish, there is our essence of truth and love.
In stillness and presence we can intimately feel that essence and feel that sense of belonging and being.
There is no specific way to be in any moment. In truth and love every moment is different and requires a different unfolding. Every moment is unique.
In truth and love all is connected and interdependent.
Living in and as truth and love is not being perfect or constantly blissful. It is experiencing everything fully and being present, neither accepting nor rejecting anything. Just being and living, as it is. Always dying to the next moment.
We do not need to know what to do in the near or fare future.
Truth and love are always now.
Yesterday and tomorrow do not exist. And in the moment we do what we do as it arises in us.
Truth-love space is life itself, a space where opposites unite and dance with each other. It is a space in which all can be seen and honoured.
Truth-love space allows truth- love play.
It is aliveness and presence in every moment. It is everywhere and we are it.
We just need to become aware and wake up to that. It is already here.
Opening to that is opening to our essence, opening to life, opening to Divine, opening to truth and love. It is the purpose and fulfilment of every sentient being and it expresses differently in everyone.
For our purpose and fulfilment to unfold, we have to let go of everything that is not truth and love. As everything superficial and all fixed ideas fall away, our essence begins to shine and has space to be. When we can relax into that space to receive what is, an intimate connection with life and each other unfolds. We feel nourished and nourishing.
Life becomes our intimate lover. Truth and love intimately flow within each moment.
