My path to myself has sent me on many inner and outer journeys where I have met inspiring people from whom I have learnt and connected more and more deeply with my true being. I was able to explore Tibetan Buddhism, meditation, yoga, chi gong, Peruvian shamanism and much more. This and the intensive exploration of astrology, systemic family work and different ways of working with consciousness have led to my very own blend of how I can accompany you.
