What do we do in the ceremonies?

Mamo Awisen helps us to change our consciousness, purify and heal. The aim is to heal ourselves, heal our Mother Earth, reconnect people with their essence and recover the forgotten wisdom of the ancestors thanks to the indigenous Kogi Wiwa.

First day: Aganguashi /Aluna zhiguashi

We do a deep purification meditation. This process takes several hours (aproximately 3 hours). A fire accompanies our purification process. Afterwards there is time to rest and reflect. In this meditation we use an ancient Kogi method to purify the basis of our thoughts and emotions, which brings about fundamental changes in our entire being. It improves the mental health of individuals and society. Thus the participants of our Aganguashis heal from their traumas, their wounds, their obsessions.

Soup is offered. Those who wish can fast during the ceremonial days (recommended by Mamo Awisen).

Second day: Zhonagueshi / Shala Gueshi

Giving thanks and celebrating life

We use an ancient Kogi method to give thanks to the spiritual creators of all the elements, nature … to give thanks. One of the most important things for us and our world to find balance is reciprocity. Giving and receiving must take place in equal measure.

After the meditation of the Shala Gueshi we will make music together and do a talking circle.

Third day:

This day is for those who have also booked individual healing sessions.

Bring with you:

• Openness and true engagement
• Wear white clothes (warm to be outside)
• One red, one white, one purple, one green and one black candle.
• A packet of handkerchiefs.
• Your own stones, necklace, jewellery for personal use (for charging/blessing)
• Seat cushion and blanket
• Water bottle
• Musical instruments (if available)
• If you have a foldable mattress, please bring it with you ( there are some available on site).
• You can also sleep in your campervan if you have one, or in the large yurt.

Location

CasaMasSana is a wonderful place in nature where Luise and her helpers have wholeheartedly honoured nature and created an oasis where you can go into silence, meet yourself and each other without distractions.

Weather permitting, we will sit around the campfire in a circle with Awisen and hold the ceremony outside in nature. If it rains, we will use the beautiful yurt, where those who are not travelling with Kamper can sleep later.

Driving directions:

From Estepona A7: take exit 1071 towards Algeciras/Cádiz (AVOID the tunnel to the AP7 toll road in the same direction). At the Cepsa petrol station, take the 2nd roundabout in the direction of Casares/Pedregales. Continue through the countryside to the T-junction at Venta Garcia. Turn right onto the MA8300 towards Casares. At km 9.5, leave the road at the rubbish bins on the left. Take the left-hand path (cement) uphill. Continue for 500 metres and pass 7 electricity pylons along the way. Our entrance is on the right-hand side of a small incline marked ‘camino abuelita’ in yellow lettering. Drive through the gate and follow the P sign to the car park.
