Or better said, they lay on top of it like durt contaminating the purity of water.\nThen we act misaligned and confused, lack direction, have doubts, no clarity…\nTo come back to our health on all levels, to align body, mind and spirit, to be in harmony with our true nature and the Divine, Aluna Zhigwashi is a very powerful tool of purification. It needs to be done regularly for best results. We also do not have one shower in a lifetime, but wash ourselves regularly to purify and refresh ourselves.\nAfter the two days Aluna Zhigwashi we will have a day of  Shala Gueshi.\nHere it is about balance and reciprocity, giving thanks to the spirits that help organise, order and create according to the Source of purity and love.\n  And it is also about opening fully for their blessings, after we have come back to purity.
